Agreement

By installing LogicNode on your Shopify store, you agree to these terms and to the data protection agreement below. If you don't agree, uninstall the app.

The service

LogicNode shows a post-purchase offer in checkout and lets buyers add it to their order with one tap. You configure the offer and the rule that triggers it; we run it and report conversions back to you.

Billing

Subscription charges run entirely through Shopify App Pricing and appear on your regular Shopify bill. We never process payment details ourselves. Upsell revenue your customers pay goes to you directly through your own checkout: we never touch it or take a cut of it.

Data protection agreement

This section is our data protection agreement with you as the merchant, covering the data described in full in our privacy policy.

• We process the minimum data required to run the app: your store domain, an encrypted copy of your access token, and, for orders where a buyer accepted our offer, the order ID, the price and quantity of that line item, and the currency. We never request or store buyer names, emails, phone numbers, or addresses.
• We use that data only to run the app: showing offers, enforcing your plan's usage cap, and reporting your conversions back to you.
• Your access token and all conversion records are deleted the moment you uninstall the app.
• Your access token is encrypted at rest. All connections between your store, this app, and our database use TLS in transit. Every database table enforces row-level isolation, so no store can query another store's data.
• We don't sell data, and we don't share it with anyone outside of running the app for you.

Custom development & discovery calls

The paid discovery call and any custom development work offered on this site is a separate, personal service from Julio Canizalez, the developer behind LogicNode. It is not part of the LogicNode app or its subscription. Payment and scheduling both happen through Cal.com. The billing and data protection sections above apply to the LogicNode app only; the discovery call is governed by this section, our refund policy, and by Cal.com's own terms.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the offers and rules you configure, and for your own store's compliance with laws that apply to you (including telling your customers about the checkout experience in your own privacy policy, if required).

Termination

You can uninstall at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, non-payment, or violation of these terms.

Changes

We'll update this page if these terms change. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
